		<description><![CDATA[its so sad to see the demolition of ABC building. It was a very nice building, but I suppose we have to progress. The buidling was in a great location, not that far from Perth City Centre where you could do some shopping and then pop back to the building. Oh well, life goes on, but I do a bit feel sad.]]></description>
